Nominees

If you purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded BRPA Class A common stock or NRXP common stock from June 8, 2021 through April 2, 2024, for the beneficial interest of persons or entities other than yourself, you must within ten (10) calendar days of receiving the Postcard Notice:

  1. Provide a list of the names, addresses and emails of all such beneficial owners to the Claims Administrator; or
  2. Request from the Claims Administrator sufficient copies of the Postcard Notice to forward to all such beneficial owners and mail those Postcards yourself within ten (10) calendar days after receiving them. Once sent, send a statement to the Claims Administrator confirming the mailing was made. Please also provide email addresses to the Claims Administrator, to the extent available.

If you are providing a list of names, addresses, and emails to the Claims Administrator:

  1. Compile a list of names, last known addresses and email addresses of the beneficial owners that purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded common stock of BRPA Class A common stock or NRXP common stock from June 8, 2021 through April 2, 2024.
  2. Prepare the list in Microsoft Excel format using the template for submitting mailings data here. Failure to use this template may delay the submission of the mailing data.
  3. Then you must do one of the following:
    1. Burn the Microsoft Excel file(s) to a CD or DVD and mail the CD or DVD to:

    2. Email the spreadsheet to info@BRPAStockholderSettlement.com.

    3. Log in to EpiqFiling to submit the completed template.

Expense Reimbursement:

Upon full compliance with these directions, such nominees may seek reimbursement of their reasonable expenses actually incurred by providing the Settlement Administrator with proper documentation supporting the expenses for which reimbursement is sought. A copy of this Notice may also be obtained from the Settlement website, www.BRPAStockholderSettlement.com, by calling the Settlement Administrator at 1‑877‑357‑7760, or by emailing the Settlement Administrator at info@BRPAStockholderSettlement.com.
